As we continue to scale and evolve, we're seeking a seasoned **Project Manager** to lead a major HRIS transformation project, a high-impact initiative that will reshape the way we support and empower our people.In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of each project phase, working cross-functionally and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure success. From building out detailed project plans to managing risks and driving outcomes, your leadership will define excellence in project execution.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the planning and delivery of a multi-phase HRIS transformation within a structured program of work* Manage timelines, budgets, interdependencies, and scope to ensure seamless delivery* Keep senior stakeholders engaged and informed, presenting progress, risks and decisions with clarity and confidence* Maintain key project documentation, including RAID logs, project plans and status reporting within a consistent, repeatable framework* Proactively identify, escalate and resolve roadblocks* Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver project milestones on time.
