Test Lead - Oracle Cloud Implementation (BBBH19311) Sydney, Australia Role: Test LeadDay Rate: $930 (inclusive of Super)Contract Length: 9 monthsLocation: Sydney CBD/WFH Flex(50% in-office)Must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) clearance. Join our Federal Government client's Oracle Cloud Implementation Program and take ownership of testing excellence across Finance and HR modules. This role offers the opportunity to define and lead end-to-end quality assurance processes in a high-impact transformation program within a trusted government organisation. What You'll Do Develop and deliver a comprehensive test strategy aligned to program phases. Lead planning and execution across SIT, UAT, regression, and data migration testing. Collaborate with project teams, implementation partners, and business SMEs to ensure testing outcomes meet business requirements. Coordinate cross-system and end-to-end test scenarios across Oracle Cloud and integrated systems. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices. Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring high-quality delivery. Execute manual and automated test cases, using appropriate test tools. Support and facilitate UAT with business stakeholders. Generate and manage data sets for integration and migration testing. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline testing processes. About You Extensive QA/Test Lead experience, ideally in Oracle Fusion Cloud projects . Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud modules such as RTR, OTC, PTP, PTC, and EPM. Proven ability to design, execute, and automate testing frameworks. Proficient in SQL scripting for data creation and validation. Skilled in test management and automation tools . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to challenge processes and drive continuous improvement.
