ODCR Lead – Third Party, Resilience & Continuity Risk Join ING Australia as the ODCR Lead – Third Party, Resilience & Continuity Risk and lead a line‑first risk team that safeguards our critical services during disruptive events. What you’ll do Lead a team of Line 1 risk specialists focused on Third Party, Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Risk. Design, implement, maintain and advise on Third Party, Intragroup, Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Risk Management. Coordinate crisis response for significant business disruption. Facilitate steering committees for Business Continuity, Operational Resilience and Third Party & Intragroup Party Risk. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across these critical risk classes. Advise and present to Exco and Board members on Third Party, Intragroup, Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Risk Management. What we’re looking for 15+ years’ experience in Retail Banking / Financial Services. 10+ years’ experience in Resilience, Business Continuity and/or Third‑Party Risk Management. 10+ years’ experience leading teams in a Financial Services environment. Experience with CPS 230, 231, 232 (or equivalent) compliance. Previous experience in a Risk or Compliance role within 1st or 2nd Line. What’s in it for you Discounted ING Health Insurance.
