The Role We are seeking to establish a pool of School Psychologists for permanent and fixed‑term, full‑time and part‑time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period. Baldivis Secondary College is seeking to appoint a full‑time and part‑time school psychologist to support the mental health, wellbeing, and academic success of all students. In addition to traditional school psychology duties, this role involves working with staff to implement and align Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support, student wellbeing initiatives, and promoting a culture of care, resilience, and positive relationships throughout the school community. Suitable applicants should be team players with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to think and act strategically and with integrity. Key Responsibilities Working with staff to implement and align Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support Facilitate professional learning for staff on topics such as resilience, trauma‑informed practices, and stress management Implement school‑wide programs focused on mindfulness, resilience, and social‑emotional learning Partner with Student Services to support case management Promote inclusive practices for all students, with a focus on diverse and vulnerable groups This role is ideal for an experienced and innovative school psychologist who thrives on collaboration and is committed to fostering a flourishing school community.
