Now we’re looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the way on design integrity, safety, and compliance for our growing C&I (Commercial & Industrial) battery systems. You’ll work hands‑on with R&D, testing, and production to make sure every system we build is safe, practical, and beautifully engineered. What you’ll take ownership of Guiding system design and build decisions through strong electrical knowledge and compliance insight Translating AS/NZS standards into clear, workable guidance for engineering and manufacturing teams Running live testing and validation on active systems Acting as RedEarth’s QTP , holding the company’s electrical licence (or working toward it) Partnering with R&D to develop, test, and refine new products and containerised systems Supporting major C&I projects from design to commissioning What you bring Licensed electrician or degree‑qualified electrical engineer with 10+ years’ experience Deep understanding of Australian electrical and safety standards (AS/NZS 3000, 5139, 4777) Experience in renewable, battery, or high‑voltage systems Practical, hands‑on approach to testing, compliance, and design Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style Why join RedEarth Because we’re not just another energy company.We’re Australian-owned , design and build everything in-house , and our systems are already powering homes and businesses nationwide.
