4 Voices mission is to provide support and social, digital, community, employment connections to women who may be or who are at risk of experiencing social isolation, family and domestic violence and/or homelessness. We are building a volunteer network delivering frontline services to women in need. As the 4 Voices Regional Frontline Leader (QLD), you will play a key leadership role in supporting our volunteer teams to deliver compassionate, consistent, and effective frontline services. This is also a valuable opportunity to develop and strengthen your leadership skills while making a real impact in the lives of women and their communities. Responsibilities Build a positive and supportive volunteer culture across your region Oversee rosters, shift coverage, and cancellations Coordinate and support Team Leaders through meetings, training, and development Manage reports and incidents, escalating to the State Manager as required Onboard and support volunteers with systems such as the My Impact App Attend shifts when needed to provide hands‑on support and guidance Skills and attributes Strong leadership, team‑building, and communication skills Organised, proactive, and comfortable using technology Good judgement and confidence in managing incidents Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive culture Commitment to 4 Voices mission and values A small act of care helps deliver big moments of hope for women rebuilding their lives.
