As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll join an experienced project team at one of our iconic locations, propelling your knowledge and experience in project management, engineering, and construction management. Areas you will be rotated and exposed to: Stakeholder and client engagement Pre-contracts, planning, and estimating Project cost control and contract management Quality, safety, and risk management Design and Construction and Technical Services This is an ongoing full-time position and commitment, with both Leed and you prioritising investment into laying strong foundations and experience in a career to become a seasoned engineering professional. As a national organisation, you must be open to travelling intra- and interstate frequently on DIDO / FIFO arrangements. Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of Willingness to travel inter- and intra- in regional and remote Australia, or relocate if required. This role is required onsite in regional and remote locations (NSW, VIC, and SA). Successful candidates will be required to travel inter‑intrastate frequently.
