Business Units that the role supportsResponsible in the ongoing embedding and management of the

humm group legal and regulatory risk management process across the group.Directly support the Chief Legal & Commercial Officer and other material project based and discrete activities in support of the

humm group strategic framework.Deep knowledge of the Australian consumer credit and privacy regimes, with experience in supporting businesses manage and deliver compliant products, initiatives, and other projectsProvide high quality technical legal, governance and compliance advice and assistance across all levels of an organisation (Executive Team and broader organisation) which takes into account relevant commercial objectivesDevelop, initiate, maintain and revise core policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the

remains compliant and is able to “early identify” regulatory focus areas and to pro-actively respond to relevant legislative or regulatory changes or risk issuesCapability to manage complex investigations, including in respect of actual or suspected violations of legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures with limited supervisionStrong oral and written communication skills and the ability to draft with limited supervision, complex regulatory submissions and responses and all other relevant internal and external communications and correspondencesStrong leadership capabilities and a demonstrated ability to operate independently and autonomously across a wide range of projects and activities and to influence stakeholders to ensure that the
