In order to keep striving to be the best in our field, we have an exciting opportunity available for a results driven candidate to contribute to the recruitment of a strong operational workforce at our Hobart Private HospitalIf you thrive in times of change and pride yourself on strong stakeholder engagement ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, we are looking for you This role reports to the General Manager of Hobart Private Hospital, working closely with our wider People, Culture & Engagement Team.This role has a strong focus on operational recruitment, particularly clinical roles, although not limited to. The role will involve working with managers and leading the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to employee onboarding and commencement. This is a part-time role (3 -4 days per week) for a 12 month periodYour day will include:Proactively and strategically filling current positions and developing a pipeline of a strong and suitable candidate base.Developing strong relationships within a vital part of our businessFacilitating end-to-end talent acquisition activities, selection processes and support to meet staffing levels across designated business units.Managing communications to all internal and external stakeholdersAdvocating for candidates and the business and ensure that an excellent experience is received by candidates and Hiring Managers alike.Willing to grow and develop a strong understanding of operational requirements across the businessWhat experience will you have?If you have experience in the world of recruitment – great.
