With a culture of genuine care, a flexible approach to work and opportunities across the group to grow your career and make a meaningful impact, the possibilities for what we can achieve together are endless.What you’ll doMonitor and assess Fruit & Veg lines delivered to the distribution centre (DC)Validate the compliance with product quality and labelling specifications set by the Woolworths quality assurance team & government legislationCollaborate with the Commercial Buying Team to ensure we are delivering the best quality offer for store operations to enhance customer experienceDeliver safe, quality products in line with Woolworth's specifications and company KPI’sWhat you’ll bringDriven by a customer mission and passionate about being part of a tribe of great people.Previous experience in a similar role working in a highly regulated environment is highly desirableHigh attention to detail and are able to follow processes.Farming / Retail fruit & veg / Agronomy and/or Agriculture / Hospitality (Food) / Quality Assurance experienceUnderstanding of supermarket retailing and commercial processesEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong Computer skills in MS or Google SuitesThere is some physical work so you need to be able to lift and move boxes.
