Position This role is for a Brass Tutor with ABN or ability to work as a music contractor, initially this will be 2 days, with exciting room for growth / expansion. Key duties Teaching private, paired and group instrumental lessons to trumpet, trombone, French horn, & euphonium students Successfully prepare students for AMEB exams from beginner to advanced Tutor brass students in a range of genres – classical and contemporary Assist with the Year 4 beginner band program and the Grade 5 Band Excellence Program by providing group tuition and support to the Head of Instrumental Music Direct ensembles as required Selection Criteria Music degree or proven experience as a professional musician/teacher Proven track record in providing exceptional brass tuition to students from beginner to advanced level, in both individual and small-group settings Experience as an ensemble director will be an advantage Supportive of the Christian ethos Current blue card or teacher registration The college expects all staff, students, and the community to embody the values and beliefs of our Lutheran school, reflecting commitment to our policies and educational excellence.
