Warehouse/Dispatch Assistant

5 days per week: Paying $52 000 - $65 000 (depending on level of experience) Working hours : 7:30am - 4pm (occasional overtime based on Award overtime rates) Extra paid birthday leave each year Team barbecue every Friday Supportive, friendly team environment Forklift license training if required Skill development across warehouse, dispatch, and manufacturing/print shop Official Start date: 5 January 2026 - Casual work could be considered during December. What We're Looking For Full work rights in Australia - TEMPORARY WORK RIGHTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED Takes instruction well and follows processes Works fast, efficiently, and with attention to detail A practical, out-of-the-box thinker who can spot improvements Warehouse or factory experience is helpful Physically fit (regular lifting up to 25kg) Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn Positive attitude; works well in a small, busy team Safety-minded and process-focused Current forklift license ideal (or willing to train) Minimum 3-6 months of warehouse or factory experience preferred Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders Assist with stock control, cycle counts, and stocktakes Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe Load and unload deliveries (heavy lifting required) Help with light manufacturing: cutting, drilling, sanding, painting, assembling Prepare, label, wrap, and stage despatch orders Work with sales, production, and dispatch to meet daily targets Operate a forklift (training/licence provided if needed) Receive and check incoming goods Follow internal processes, quality checks, and ISO requirements Report damaged stock, hazards, or issues Assist other departments if and when required Skills & Requirements Strong attention to detail Good organisation and time management Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Comfortable with manual handling Forklift license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
