WAREHOUSE AND DISPATCH ASSOCIATE

What you’ll be doing Warehouse & Logistics (Primary responsibilities) Oversee the smooth receipt, inspection, and processing of all incoming deliveries to our Mayfield West site. Physically receive and unload parcels, check items against packing lists, log discrepancies, and report damaged goods. Pack, label, and dispatch customer orders – prepare shipping paperwork, arrange pickups, and hand over to carriers. Coordinate and schedule dispatch runs where required, escalating any time‑sensitive shipments. Liaise with customer service and sales teams to resolve order or dispatch queries and provide updates on delivery status. Conduct regular stock counts and assist with periodic inventory checks. Maintain inventory of packing supplies (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and reorder as required. General Office Support Support general administrative tasks related to warehouse and logistics operations. Provide assistance to the wider team as requested, contributing to smooth day‑to‑day operations. Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse and work environment. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and stock. Ability to prioritise, work independently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills and comfort using order or stock management software. Comfortable performing physical tasks (unloading, lifting, and moving parcels; regular manual handling required). Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check. Desirable Previous experience in warehouse/logistics, dispatch or retail fulfilment. Familiarity with courier processes and shipping documentation. Knowledge of the school or community sports landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr
