Our Lake Vermont Project in Dysart, North Queensland is on the lookout for skilled Auxiliary MPU Fitters to become a valued part of our Maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and working on a family-friendly 7/7 even-time roster , you'll be part of a team committed to delivering top-quality maintenance support across site. This is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge equipment in a dynamic and supportive environment To be successful in this role you are required to have: Trade Certificate in Diesel Fitting (or equivalent)Post-trade experience with highway truck equipment – Volvo experience a bonusExposure to drill and blast equipment such as MPU Trucks, Stemming Trucks, and Prill AugersStrong skills in general maintenance, breakdowns, servicing, and component change-outsCurrent Driver’s Licence (MR/HR highly regarded)Standard 11 certification (desirable)A commitment to safety and teamwork Why work for Thiess Lake Vermont?
