Our team is committed to integrity, respect, and going the extra mile for our customers and teammates. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales, Quotes & Orders Team Member to join our close-knit team. In this role, you'll be the essential bridge between our customers and production departments, ensuring every quote is accurate and working on each quote to seamlessly convert to an order. Your commitment to precision and your can‑do attitude will help guarantee a smooth process from enquiry to fulfillment for our customers. Your Day‑To‑Day Will Include: Promptly responding to sales enquiries and recommending tailored window solutions Preparing precise and accurate quotes for our customers Converting approved quotes into orders efficiently and without error Building strong relationships with builders, tradespeople, and homeowners Coordinating with factory and installation teams to ensure timely and seamless delivery Troubleshooting and resolving issues with a positive, proactive mindset What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, quoting, or order processing – preferably within the building or manufacturing sector Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in quoting and order conversion Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people A “consider it done” attitude: you take ownership and always follow through Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Tech‑savvy, with bonus points for experience in order management systems Ongoing training and professional development Perks Rewards and discounts program Uniform provided, so you can look the part Ongoing training with plenty of opportunities for people with the right attitude Job security from a long‑standing respected employer in the Cairns region Staff and Fuel discount schemes offered Everyone gets paid to take a day off for their birthday Employee Assistance Program for you and your family We are an equal opportunity employer with a zero tolerance to Drugs and Alcohol in the workplace and conduct regular random workplace testing.
