Due to continued growth at Waverley BMW, we have an opportunity for an Aftermarket Consultant to join our Sales team About the role The Aftermarket Sales Consultant is responsible for facilitating the sale of BMW and externally branded car care, aftermarket and accessory products while engaging agreed sales techniques and strategies as directed by management. The position is expected to maximize the sales opportunity to meet specific sales volume and/or profitability targets as advised by management. The Aftermarket Sales Consultant must comply with established policies and procedures. We operate a 5-day week, Monday to Saturday, with an RDO in lieu of Saturday. Our Ideal Candidate Experience as a high-performing salesperson is preferable. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving excellence. You’ll also need to be comfortable working Saturdays, with rostered days off provided.
