Overview Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre, located in the Hills Shire Council area, is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Swim Instructors to maintain daily pool operations, water safety management, and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for customers through supervision. Our award-winning complex includes a 10-lane 50m outdoor Olympic-sized pool, additional 25m outdoor pool and two indoor learn to swim and leisure pools, along with a water play area. Role : Swim Instructor - Casual Competitive rate of pay Supportive team culture What This Role Looks Like Plan, organise, and conduct swim lessons. Facilitate the skill development of swimmers with a range of skill levels to achieve outcomes. Monitor student progression of swimmers and inform Team Leader of their ability for progression.
