Senior Associate (Buyers Agent) – NSW, VIC & QLD Direct message the job poster from Costi Cohen Costi Cohen is a leading commercial buyer’s agency specialising in premium acquisitions across childcare, industrial, retail, medical, mixed-use and development assets. With a national brief load and a rigorous Transaction Analysis process, our team has delivered $280M+ in acquisitions since July , with more than 80% secured off-market . We are now expanding and seeking a Senior Associate to join our Double Bay office - someone who can move with pace, lead client outcomes and contribute to the next phase of our national growth. We are open to interstate applications. The Role As Senior Associate, you will lead and support the full acquisition process across multiple active briefs from sourcing and inspections through to negotiations and settlement. Working closely with our team you will drive transactions grounded in real market evidence and commercial clarity. Key responsibilities include Pitch new business and manage inbound leads. Manage and execute commercial acquisition briefs within specialised division (Investment, Development & Occupier) and location ( NSW, VIC & QLD). Source opportunities (on-market, off-market, pre-market, post-market, database etc) within your specialised markets. Build strong relationships with commercial agents, owners and industry partners. Collect property information to provide to due diligence team, including lease, tenancy & income details, price guide and other relevant property information. Present clear acquisition recommendations to clients. Coordinate inspections, documentation, due diligence and overall transaction workflow. Negotiate directly with agents and vendors to secure the best terms for clients. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all leads and briefs are followed up. Liaise with financiers, solicitors and consultants throughout the process. Attend key property and finance events to grow your network and personal brand. Represent the Costi Cohen brand with professionalism across all interactions. About You You thrive in a high-performance environment, communicate with precision and operate with strong commercial intelligence. You are confident leading multiple briefs at pace and take full ownership of client outcomes. We’re looking for someone with 3-5 years’ experience across commercial real estate, acquisitions, valuations, development or related advisory Deep knowledge of yields, income, outgoings, valuation fundamentals and planning controls to support commercial decision-making. Demonstrated ability to manage the full acquisition process from initial property search and analysis through to negotiation and settlement, coordinating inspections, due diligence and all parties involved. Excellent communication skills and a polished client presence. A proactive, solutions-led mindset and strong personal accountability.
