Bloomberry is one of the Mornington Peninsula's most trusted property care providers. We design and build high-quality outdoor spaces – decks, pergolas, outdoor living areas and structural landscaping across premium residential properties on the Peninsula. We're looking for a Landscaper / Carpenter with strong construction skills to join our friendly, supportive team. About the role You’ll be involved in a range of landscape construction work, including: Decks, pergolas and outdoor structures Retaining walls, stairs and screening Paving, concreting and other hard landscaping Soft landscaping to finish projects to a high standard Full-time, Monday to FridayWork is based on the Mornington Peninsula onlySmall, close-knit team that enjoys a joke, supports each other and takes pride in the finishStart off casual with regular full time hours with the option to go permanent in the future. About you You’ll be someone who: Has proven experience in landscape construction and/or carpentry Has a minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in landscape construction or carpentry Is confident with site set‑out, framing, decking, retaining walls, paving or similar Can read and follow plans Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in neat, high-quality work Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round Holds a White Card and current driver's licence Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Carpentry or similar) are highly regarded, but solid hands‑on experience is just as important. This role is best suited to candidates living on or close to the Peninsula – e.g. Mornington, Mt Martha, Mt Eliza, Frankston, Langwarrin, Somerville, Hastings, Dromana, Rosebud and surrounds – who can commute reliably.Australian work rights are required for this position.
