Requirements Exciting opportunity for experienced Dermal therapist to join a Medical Cosmetic Clinic in Subiaco. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly, caring, dedicated team who focuses on delivering high quality care in a relaxing and professional environment. Able to confidently assess and evaluate a client's face, then develop an individualized treatment plan, taking into account each individuals circumstances, enabling clients to understand and be involved in their skin journey. Good communication skills essential. Expertly administer a range of cosmetic skin-based treatments such as facials, skin peels, Medical grade lasers, IPL, RF Microneedling, RF skin tightening, epidermal levelling and more. Naturally allow patients to feel at ease and build trust quickly, helping them to feel cared for from the initial consult through to follow-up, so they consistently get an out-of-this-world experience and achieve their long-term skin goals. Able to proactively educate the patient and recommend specific products, treatments and cross-referral with the cosmetic injector, so that they can achieve the best possible outcome. Coordinate bookings and consultations, answer enquiries over the phone, and perform general clinic administrative tasks at times. Maintain a clean clinic at all times and be a team player. Be able to work autonomously in a busy setting, so that the clinic operates smoothly at all times. Take pride in being super organized, ensuring bookings, billings, before and after photos and notes are always completed, and all health and safety protocols are followed. Build and maintain a strong client base so that patients can achieve their long-term skin goals. Possess professional verbal and written communication skills, both in person and over the phone, along with an immaculate personal presentation to reflect our luxury brand. Experience or willingness to learn phlebotomy skills. Qualifications Must have a qualification in Dermal Therapy, Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Bachelor in Dermal Science, or relevant qualification, with at least 1 year of full-time experience in Dermal Therapy. Must possess a laser safety certificate and medical grade laser certificate. Must currently possess the right to work in Australia. Access to external conferences, workshops, and private events, with ongoing training in the latest techniques and treatments. Work in a beautiful clinic designed for luxury and relaxation.
