As a trusted name in the skincare industry, we cater to mainly men and also women, providing cutting‑edge treatments in a luxury setting. About the Role What You’ll Be Doing Confident and experienced in Advanced Treatments; Facials, Q‑switch laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED light therapy Conducting skin assessments and consultations to create tailored treatment plans Educating clients on the best skincare routines and product recommendations for achieving their skin health goals Keeping detailed client records and ensuring the clinic is well‑maintained and organized Upholding the highest standards of health and safety in our clinic Waxing experience (including Brazilian waxing) is a plus, but not required What We’re Looking For A Diploma of Beauty Therapy and/or equivalent in Dermal Therapy (experienced) or related field A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dermal therapy role, ideally in a medispa or clinic setting Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and advanced treatments Familiarity with Dermalogica, Murad, and Aspect products is advantageous Excellent customer service skills, with a consultative approach to client care Fantastic time management and organizational abilities A passion for ongoing learning and professional development in skincare What We Offer A positive and supportive atmosphere where our team members are always ready to help one another Ongoing advanced training and education to help you grow in your career Flexible scheduling to ensure work‑life balance Achievable KPIs and incentives to reward your dedication and success A team‑oriented environment that values each person’s expertise, creativity, and growth Employee benefits and opportunities to work with cutting‑edge skincare technology This is a casual position with the opportunity to be converted to part‑time, and eventually to full‑time based on performance and business growth.
