Aesthetic Avenue is a nurse-led cosmetic injectables and skin clinic in the heart of Ascot Vale seeking a proactive and motivated Dermal Therapist to join our boutique team on a casual basis (approximately 10–20 hours per week, across 2–3 days), with the opportunity to grow into part-time or full-time hours. Our calm, boutique-style space features two treatment rooms, offering a high-quality, personalised experience for every client. You’ll take the lead on professional skin treatments, conduct in-depth consultations and skin analysis, and help clients achieve visible, long-term results. You’ll also play an active role in growing the skin side of the business - focusing on client retention, re-booking, and contributing to social media and educational content that aligns with our brand. Core treatments include: Skin analysis & customised treatment planning Skin Needling Enzyme Peels & Facials Lymphatic Therapy LED Light Therapy Microdermabrasion & Hydrodermabrasion TCA Peels We work with professional brands including O Cosmedics, BioRePeel, Inskin Cosmedics, Imbibe and OPTY.NC. What We’re Looking For Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (minimum) Advanced Diploma in Dermal Science (highly regarded) Prior experience in advanced skin treatments (essential) Strong knowledge of skin conditions, modalities, and consultation processes Availability for 10–20 hours per week (2–3 days, including some evenings) Excellent attention to detail and organisation Proactive, motivated, and confident in client re-booking and retention Comfortable contributing to admin tasks and social media preparation Warm, professional, and reliable team player Why Join Us Supportive, nurse-led clinical environment Autonomy and respect for your professional expertise Flexible casual hours with opportunity for growth Product and treatment training Staff discounts Hourly rate: $35 – $40 , based on experience Excitingly, we’re also opening our new boutique flagship clinic in Essendon next year, creating further opportunities for growth and professional development within our expanding team.
