About the Role As WA State Manager, you'll lead a high‑performing team of engineers, project managers, and technical experts. You’ll drive operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver strategic growth across the state. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Set direction, inspire teams, and align WA operations with national objectives. Commercial Management: Own budgets, forecasts, and financial performance; drive profitability and manage risk. Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships, identify new opportunities, and represent Alliance Automation across industry forums. Team Development: Mentor and support multidisciplinary teams across engineering, project delivery, and operations. Compliance & Safety: Champion HSEQ standards and ensure legislative compliance. Culture & Values: Foster a workplace culture built on accountability, care, and innovation. What You Bring Essential Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Proven senior leadership experience in operations, project delivery, or workforce management. Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and risk mitigation expertise. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams. Deep understanding of project lifecycle management and performance optimisation. Technical background in automation, control systems, or industrial engineering (highly regarded). C Class Driver's Licence. Desirable Attributes Experience in multi‑site or national organisations.
