We invite you to join our Integrated Planning team where you will contribute to building, adapting, and implementing plans that define performance targets, establish investment pathways, and deliver an affordable, sustainable portfolio. Responsibilities Develop and maintain asset class plans to deliver service performance, safety, legislative compliance, renewal, reliability, availability, maintainability, and climate change adaptation requirements. Lead the development and maintenance of Asset Strategies and Planning processes and manuals to achieve best‑in‑class asset management practice. Drive implementation of best‑in‑class asset management strategies to optimize operational reliability and total cost of ownership. Integrate across the enterprise to deliver asset integrity outcomes and promote strategies such as condition monitoring and reliability‑centred maintenance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure unified interpretation and implementation of asset management activities across the asset portfolio. Provide strategic direction to the business on linear assets, ensuring pipelines have an optimised renewal and maintenance approach supporting mid‑ to long‑term performance and regulatory obligations. About You Relevant general experience in water, energy, resources, or industrial sectors. Growth mindset, highly collaborative, proactively engaging stakeholders to align objectives and deliver outcomes. Specialist level experience across the asset management lifecycle – planning, concept, design, projects, and/or operations and maintenance. Experience with water and wastewater pump station and pipeline asset management, including condition assessment, asset renewals, pipeline relining, and slip‑lining technologies. Understanding of asset lifecycle principles and ISO55000 or Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF>Working toward or able to attain Chartered Professional Engineer Status (Australia) and Registration as a Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
