You will play a key role in building a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), focused on driving top-of-funnel pipeline across small and medium-sized businesses.*Based in North Sydney, this team operates on a hybrid basis from the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.***What You’ll Do:** As the Sales Development Manager, you will:* Lead, coach and mentor a team of 5 Corporate SDRs focused on the SMB segment* Drive outbound activity and execution of marketing-led campaigns to generate qualified pipeline* Collaborate closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to align SDR efforts with territory plans and quarterly goals* Work with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are met and demand gen campaigns are actioned* Track and report on key performance metrics using Salesforce and other reporting tools* Continually optimise outreach strategies and messaging based on data and results* Hire, onboard, and develop top SDR talent, creating a culture of performance, learning, and growth**What You’ll Need:*** Previous experience managing a high-performing SDR or inside sales team, ideally in the tech or SaaS space* Strong track record of developing talent and delivering consistent pipeline results* Proficiency in Salesforce and exposure to BI tools like Tableau or similar* Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and energise a team* A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing* Ability to project manage and execute on multiple initiatives to drive business outcomes#LI-MT2**Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:*** Remote-friendly and flexible work culture* Market leader in compensation and equity awards* Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs* Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge* Paid parental and adoption leaves* Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role* Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections* Vibrant office culture with world class amenities* Great Place to Work Certified across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
