What You’ll Be Doing Leading daily restaurant operations with energy and excellence Driving team performance, guest satisfaction, and financial targets Hiring, training, and coaching your team for long‑term success Managing rosters, inventory, cost control, and compliance Owning Food Safety and WHS standards in your restaurant Creating a welcoming, fun, and high‑performance team culture Championing the El Jannah brand in everything you do About You Proven leadership experience in hospitality or QSR management Strong operational and business skills Passionate about food, people, and delivering an authentic guest experience Calm under pressure, great with problem‑solving and decision‑making Confident communicator and team motivator Committed to safety, quality, and high standards Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willing to obtain) Why El Jannah?
