About the Opportunity Are you someone who loves bringing structure to learning and helping others succeed? We’re looking for a Training Coordinator who thrives on supporting people, solving problems, and ensuring our teams have the skills and confidence to work safely and effectively every day. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for coordinating technical training across ARTC, helping leaders understand their workforce capability needs, keeping training plans on track, and making sure our people are ready and compliant for the work ahead. You’ll work closely with Area Managers, Supervisors, and frontline teams, building trusted relationships and ensuring every employee has the opportunity to grow. You’ll also connect regularly with our Registered Training Organisations and play an important part in maintaining the systems and records that support our safe and capable workforce. About You You’re organised, proactive and have a knack for bringing people together. You enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes but also love getting out to see how your work supports teams on the ground. You’ll bring: Confidence in coordinating training activities and managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, you can engage confidently with leaders, employees, and training providers alike. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and learning management systems. A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to influence and support others. A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to ARTC provisioning centres. It’s a Bonus If You Also Have: A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience in a training‑related role). Understanding of the AQF and ASQA requirements. Experience with competency or learning management systems (e.g. Rail Industry Worker System). What will you get from us?
