We are partnering with a highly respected strategic insights consultancy that works with some of Australia’s most recognisable brands. The Role As Consultant, you will play a key role within a team of experienced insights specialists. It’s a hands‑on role where you’ll develop the craft of research while working across both ongoing tracking studies and bespoke strategic projects. Supporting questionnaire design, data analysis and reporting Turning behavioural data into clear, compelling insights for clients Managing fieldwork, sample design and project timelines Collaborating closely with internal teams and directly with client stakeholders Ensuring research quality and adherence to industry standards This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow quickly. Who We’re Looking For You’ll likely have: 1-3 years’ experience in insights, marketing, behavioural science, analytics or a related field Natural curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding people The ability to juggle multiple projects and work at pace when needed A developing understanding of research methodologies (quantitative or qualitative) Experience with platforms such as Q is a bonus, but not essential Above all, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated by the opportunity to do purposeful work.
