You’ll work alongside two experienced and supportive managers who will help you transition confidently into the role and feel at home within the team. Team Manager Responsibilities Lead & Mentor: Guide and support your team to deliver exceptional care and grow professionally. Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards across physical and psychological case management. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2–4 years in Workplace Rehabilitation with strong return-to-work case management skills. Leadership Potential: Previous management experience is a plus, but not essential—we’ll help you grow. OH Knowledge: Familiarity with Occupational Health frameworks is ideal (training provided). Registration: Accredited with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC. People Skills: Ability to connect with injured workers, employers, and insurers to achieve sustainable RTW outcomes.
