Wings for Care, a trusted and fast-growing NDIS provider, is expanding our leadership team — with two exciting management positions now available: As Team Leader, you’ll oversee frontline staff delivering daily supports, community access, and activity programs. You’ll ensure service quality, supervise staff performance, and act as a key escalation point for participants, families, and support workers. This role also carries a business development focus — you’ll contribute to growing Wings for Care’s client base, strengthening relationships with Support Coordinators, and promoting our range of services including SIL, STA, and community supports. You’ll play an active role in shaping service delivery, identifying new opportunities, and helping us expand into new areas while maintaining excellence in participant outcomes. If you’re a confident communicator with strong leadership and networking skills, this role offers a dynamic balance between service management and growth leadership. Take ownership of the daily operations of one of our Supported Independent Living homes. You’ll lead and support a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring participants receive safe, consistent, and person‑centred support. This includes supervising staff, implementing Behaviour Support Plans, ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) and restrictive practice protocols, overseeing incidents and risk management, liaise with external stakeholders, including support coordinators, plan managers, and allied health professionals, and maintaining communication with families and professionals. You’ll also manage household logistics from rosters, maintenance, and supplies to documentation and budget tracking — while fostering a positive, structured, and inclusive home environment.
