Leveraging a deep understanding of drivers and measurements of that business unit or function, this role will provide governance for metrics relied upon by the business, ensuring they are 'fit for purpose' as well as used and applied appropriately. The Performance Partner role is considered an extension of the business unit or function.Through strong working relationships with the wider BPAR Team and Financial Management stakeholders, this role will offer thought leadership for the development of reporting and targets that effectively drive performance at both the operational and initiative level.What you’ll doLiaise closely and build strong working relationships with the Claims leadership team, to ensure thorough working knowledge of existing business performance metrics and the identification, articulation and development of new ones as neededHelp build a culture focussed on improved use of reporting tools and metric purposes to better understand business resultsProvide valuable insights and recommendations to shape the design and execution of effective Business Intelligence (BI) assets and associated processes, whilst proactively identifying and addressing potential barriers to progressLead and provide guidance on the design and development of benefits tracking of key initiativesDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with BI community (incl.
