Their Sydney office is now looking for a senior associate lawyer to join their corporate & commercial team. About the role We are actively seeking a senior associate with expertise in corporate & commercial law to join a well-regarded Sydney-based team. This unique opportunity involves working on a diverse range of private M&A deals, with a strong focus on the automotive sector, alongside general commercial and corporate advisory matters. Key Responsibilities Work directly with clients and collaborate closely with partners Provide supervision, support, and mentoring to junior lawyers Handle private M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating business sale agreements, shareholder agreements, loan and security documents, and other transactional contracts Deliver corporate advisory services, including advice on corporate governance and directors’ duties, reviewing general commercial contracts, and providing guidance on franchise and agency agreements within the motor vehicle sector About you You will have 5+ years PAE in commercial and M&A work with strong attention to detail.
