Alternative locations / remote working also considered. As the Senior Information Analyst you will deliver data-driven insights focused on student retention. You’ll curate and analyse key metrics, produce reports and guide strategic decisions to enhance student outcomes and track progress against institutional goals. About you Advanced capability in data interpretation and strategic reporting Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau / Power BI and related analytical tools Skilled in translating complex data into clear actionable insights Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience within higher education and student retention highly regarded About us Learn more about the Office of Planning and Analytics here.
