Process Improvement Analyst

You will report directly to the Director and play a crucial role in closing the gap, aligning Zeus' goals and client requirements in both the short and long-term. Strengthening partnerships, and leading the company to strengthen these partnerships. Supporting the growing and aligning and improving our process, and helping us to prospect a future ERP implementation within Zeus. Benefits Annual Salary: AU$90,000 – AU$110,000 a year + Superannuation. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis. Task & responsibilities Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and efficient resource utilization within the logistics domain. Engage in discussions with clients to identify shortcomings and opportunities for improvement in operational processes and systems. Ensure that all staff members comply with the client's rules in both safety & internal rules when working in the client’s premises, establishing a training program, keeping records, and elaborating reports to clients. Communicate with staff and observe organisational processes at all levels of the business, assuring all team members involved are aware of their duties and procedures. Conduct in-depth work studies by analyzing existing and proposed operational methods and procedures. Record, analyze, and review organisational workflow charts, records, reports, and job. Assist in the implementation of approved recommendations, issue revised instructions and procedure manuals, and create supporting documentation. Continuously review operating procedures, identify deviations from established company standards, and suggest improvements, following up with stakeholders for any changes and improvements required, elaborating reports, and presenting the key points and queries. Qualification & experience Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Great leadership and problem-solving skills Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Improvement Analyst or in a similar role where systemic vision is mandatory. Proficiency in workflow analysis, process improvement, and project management within the logistics industry. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles. Familiarity with logistics software tools and applications with emphasis on Excel. SAP system knowledge is a plus. Preferably, experience in more than two relevant ERP systems is highly desired. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a logistics team. The ideal candidate should have full-time working rights in Australia.
