Responsibilities Your main goal will be to drive and execute strategic and operational Finance projects that shape how n8n scales, from systems implementation to fundraising, process transformation, and cross‑functional collaboration. To do so, you’ll partner closely with the VP Finance and other teams across the organization to build scalable foundations for our fast‑growing business. Strategic Project Management Support VP Finance with managing and executing special projects, such as ERP or company‑wide planning system implementations Prepare and execute equity financing rounds, M&A analyses, or debt financing projects Lead or support end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact initiatives that improve efficiency and transparency Operational Excellence Take ownership of key Finance operating functions where needed (billing, cash management, planning cycles) Build and refine intra‑team and cross‑functional processes for smoother collaboration and communication Maintain and improve best practices that make Finance a proactive business partner across n8n Business Partnering & Communication Act as a connector between Finance and other teams such as RevOps, Data, Product, and GTM Ensure consistent, transparent communication through board prep, investor updates, and internal presentations Support the creation and optimization of key materials, from monthly reports to team updates Qualifications Must‑haves 5+ years in Finance roles, with at least 3 in transaction services (Big 4), investment banking, or consulting, and 2+ in strategic finance at a high‑growth tech scale‑up Experienced in fundraising rounds, M&A transactions, or other complex corporate finance projects
