Graduate Network Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Network Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver and support reliable, high-performance Internet, IP Telephony, Cyber Security solutions and SD-WAN services to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed their tertiary degree in IT or Engineering, or for someone early in their networking career who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and working hands‑on with real‑world network infrastructure. What You’ll Do Provide technical support for customer Internet, IP Telephony and SD-WAN services Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network performance and availability Support the implementation and configuration of routers, firewalls, and SD-WAN appliances Work with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve connectivity and performance issues Help document network configurations, change requests, and incident reports Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of network incidents Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in network engineering What We’re Looking For A passion for networking and customer service Broad understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, and firewalls Familiarity with SD-WAN concepts (e.g., overlay/underlay networks, QoS, link and HA failover) Working knowledge of Arista VeloCloud, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar technologies (considered a plus) Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Relevant tertiary degree in Engineering or IT is essential, and relevant certifications or studies (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+ , or equivalent) are considered a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
