Overview Personal Care Worker - Night shifts at Bolton Clarke. Part-time night shifts (Mon-Sun) at Bonells Bay - Bayside Aged Care. Bolton Clarke is Australia’s largest not-for-profit aged care provider shaping the future of positive ageing. What You’ll Do Provide care per residents’ individualised assessed care needs. Ensure care aligns with the resident’s care plan or as directed by a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Care Manager. Report all incidents to the RN or Care Manager in a timely manner. Complete activities related to Residents’ Care documentation and plans. Notify RN in charge or Care Manager of changes in resident care promptly. Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee. The Successful Candidate Must Demonstrate The Following Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care (desirable) Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff Strong passion for working with the elderly Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
