Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Graduate to join our team based at ourClayton site. In this role, you will gain broad exposure across Bosch’s HSE functions, support key HSE activities, and contribute to continuous system improvements across the organisation. This is1-year fixed term, part-time (4 days per week) opportunity, with potential to extend. Key Responsibilities Support and lead HSE system reviews, policy updates, safety campaigns, and training initiatives. Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001), including conducting of internal HSE audits, and post-audit actions in an accurate and timely manner. This includes internal / external stakeholder engagement as required. Help maintain and improve the HSE management system (policies, procedures, tools, and related documentation) in line with relevant legislation, safety standards, company policies and strategy. Conduct workplace inspections, monitor HSE performance (including HSE KPIs), and report outcomes. Manage incoming hazard and incident reports: review, register, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain registers. Assist with document control and uploading HSE content to intranet platforms as required. Maintain HSE statistical data, including database entries. Support risk assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication of HSE findings and learnings. Health monitoring requirements (e.g. noise, asbestos, etc.): schedule assessments and maintain confidential records. Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and training providers to follow up on actions, training completion, and HSE compliance. Stay current on legislative changes; support HSE team in applying updates to systems and procedures. Qualifications We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, coordinate various team members, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of an organisation. To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria: Degree or certification in OHS / WHS or a relevant field (Cert 4, Diploma, or Bachelor). Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Teams, Forms). High attention to detail, well-organised, results focused. Strong communication, research, and time management skills. Positive, enthusiastic, proactive, team player with a professional demeanour and well-presented. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Driver’s Licence. Willingness to travel occasionally to other Bosch sites in Victoria (Dandenong, Anglesea).
