We are currently recruiting for two Heavy Diesel Fitters to join a project in Leonora for our client, Genesis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on road and off‑road bulk haulage with a competitive pay rate and a 2:1 roster. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, mobile plant, and heavy‑duty equipment. Diagnose faults in diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues. Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics for repair and maintenance work. Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Heavy‑Duty Mechanic working on trucks, mobile plant, or similar equipment. Current & Valid Driver's License (HR Preferred) Australian Recognised Trade Certificate High‑Risk Forklift Licence (Desirable) Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety Site Information Location: 30km North of Leonora Roster: FIFO from Perth, 2:1 DS/NS Machinery on Site: Facilities: Accommodation and amenities available on‑site.
