Customer Service Specialist

What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our customers as they prepare to build their homes. You’ll keep them informed, supported, and confident from the moment they sign up through to the start of construction. This is not a call centre role - you'll be providing a more personalised and hands-on experience, working closely with both customers and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Keeping customers updated every step of the way with regular check-ins and clear communication Working closely with internal teams to solve customer queries quickly and effectively Processing and tracking documents and communications to ensure timely action and proper record keeping Demonstrating genuine care for the customer experience and contributing to its ongoing improvement Supporting your team to meet shared goals and KPIs Who We’re Looking For Ifyou’re a great communicator who loves helping people, we’d love to hear from you You don’t need to come from a construction background—our onboarding will teach you everything you need to know.
