Overview Seasonal Contract Educator | Part-Time | Bend, Oregon at lululemon. Educators are experts in creating world-class guest experience, delivering product education, and embodying lululemon's community and culture. Responsibilities Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience: Interact with guests to ensure a great experience, assess needs for customized purchase and return solutions, provide technical product education, and facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience including omnichannel programs. Working With Others: Contribute to an inclusive, respectful team environment; establish supportive relationships with team members; collaborate to optimize guest experience and store operations. Operations: Perform product presentation tasks, use in-store technology to support operations, maintain a clean luxury store environment, and follow safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location; must be 18 years of age or older; evidence of right to work as required (EMEA where applicable). Availability: Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Other Willingness Requirements: Ability to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music; ability to move through the store for most of a shift; ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs; ability to work both as part of a team and independently. Education (Nice to Have): High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.71/hour, subject to location minimums Target Bonus: $2.00/hour Total Target Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.71/hour Benefits: Extended health and dental benefits, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement plan matching, employee discount, fitness & yoga classes, Parenthood top-up, development courses, mentorship programs, leadership series, and more (eligibility applies).
