About the Role As Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Creative Studio Services you'll be responsible for planning and executing go‑to‑market brand and launch campaigns, developing compelling communication strategies, and managing the dynamic in‑house creative studio team for creative asset development across multiple channels. You'll ensure our brand propositions are clear, consistent, and commercially valued, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results. Oversee design and production of go‑to‑market assets. Keep brand messaging consistent and impactful. Build marketing tech and go‑to‑market capabilities. Manage trademarks, merchandise, and warehousing. Partner with Sales and Marketing to differentiate the brand. Align brand plans with business strategy. Turn insights into compelling propositions and offers. Collaborate with agencies for standout communications. Track and report campaign performance and ROI. Coach and inspire a creative team of three. About You We're looking for a brand advocate who believes in the power of brands and brings : 5+ years' experience in a Senior / Brand Manager role within FMCG or consumer goods, ideally across both consumer and B2B brands. Expert communication and copywriting skills across all platforms, with a focus on digital and social media. Strategic planning skills, with the ability to interpret insights and identify opportunities for growth. Strong project management experience, having delivered multiple strategic brand development projects from ideation to market execution. Proven ability to build and manage agency relationships, including writing strategic briefs and managing budgets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or similar.
