Experis is looking for a motivated senior 360 IT recruitment professional who can hit the ground running, is passionate about delivering exceptional client solutions and is keen to continue to build their career with the resources, training and support of a genuine global leader. You will be taking over the Infrastructure desk placing mainly temp in the VIC markets. The Role Your role will be to manage a desk for mainly contract but also perm. Responsibilities include: Develop new business through consistent sales activity and maintain IT industry networks and your personal brand Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients Map the market and create a comprehensive sales plan Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking Build a strong pipeline of developer candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open roles Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates Keep up to date with market trends and changes in the IT recruitment industry Collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates What we offer Large, long-term agreements in place and extremely established relationships that you will access Excellent salary & benefits Bonus commission scheme that is uncapped Ongoing Training and Development Employee referral program Access to a high-quality EAP Hybrid workplace Opportunities to give back to the community Paid wellness day off each quarter plus birthday leave What are we looking for in you? You are an experienced agency 360 IT recruiter Previous experience recruiting specifically in the Infrastructure space is a bonus but not essential Be able to join and make a quick impact Drive for success, sales activity and client delivery Desire and willingness to keep learning about the development space to stay relevant in the market Structured in your approach to work Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions Able to communicate with clients at all levels Demonstrated experience of winning new clients and further developing existing ones Solid organisational skills and credibility We value diversity and inclusiveness.
