Raw Materials Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:Supervise daily warehouse activities, including food safety and quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and customer service.Manage the warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.Meet regularly with warehouse planner to analyse productivity and update picking plans.Oversee and manage logistics for transporting materials to company production facilities.
Required skills and qualifications:Relevant tertiary qualification.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse management role managing hourly employees.Experience working in a food manufacturing environment.Experience in implementing and using warehouse management / ERP systems.Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
