Overview Join to apply for the Experienced Slasher/Tractor Operator role at Green by Nature As a Slasher Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various council-controlled roadsides and open spaces within Ipswich. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard Complete service requests as required Adhere to safety protocols and procedures Benefits Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish Competitive hourly rate Uniform and PPE supplied Vehicle and fuel card supplied Ongoing safety training programs and resources available Frequent free team social events Career progression pathways Possibility of overtime in warmer months What are we looking for?
