Initial 12 months contract.Location: CBD – Hybrid work model.Guidewire experience required. Our client is looking for a Technical Lead with guidewire experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end technical design and build for Guidewire implementations (Cloud or on‑prem), migrations, and upgrades. Own solution architecture decisions across core, data, integration, and digital layers; drive design reviews and solution governance. Guide a squad of developers (Gosu/Java) and integration engineers; unblock delivery, manage code quality, and mentor standards. Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Technical Lead 6–10+ years in P&C insurance technology, with 4+ years focused on Guidewire (PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/ClaimCenter). Strong Gosu/Java development, product model configuration, rules, plugins, and integration frameworks.
