We are trading as Rudy’s Handy Truck What we do is pick up and delivery all types of items within the metropolitan area, from 1 item to a whole house move, every customer has a different move. Every day is a different day. We are offering an opportunity for the right person, if you are willing to learn We will take the time to train you to become an operator. There will be 3 different stages 1- casual 2- full time 3- then an operator What that means to you is you will need to earn the wright to be hired, as a casual first. Then earn the wright to be employed as full time with all of the benefits. Then earn the wright to be offered to become an operator. What that means to you is if you choose to learn more you will have an opportunity to earn more, moving from one stage to the next The first stage is to be hired as a driver, you will need to have common sense, some knowledge of picking up customers items with care and loading into the truck, tiring items firmly as they will not be moving in the truck, then driving to the drop off location to unload the items, with care. What’s needed for this position: This position is physical, and you will need to work things out as you move along each day. That’s what people do everyday work things out, I will be here to show you how to Reliable people are needed Reasonable people are needed People who are able to commit without any excuses are needed A good friendly attitude at all times To be able to concentrate from the moment you begin a move until that move is completed To be able to work as a team, you will be a team of two for each truck. Be able to drive a Fuso truck comfortably a 3.8 meters high truck (Auto) If you have any experience as a removalist, or as an off sider, may help you, I am looking for people that are will to be, or become professionals at what they do Willing to learn how to pick up items safely, load items in the truck safely, tire items down into the truck safely and unload items from the truck safely. Having knowledge on how to drive comfortably a 3.8 meters high truck does not mean you have these duty of care skills. These are the skill you will need to learn as part of your second nature, I am willing to help only those people that are willing to learn. And the feeling that comes with knowing that you are able to control your daily movements will expand into your personal life, I believe; give yourself a chance to become better or at least improve. Income: You may call this a ladder, a stepping stone, or just giving yourself an opportunity to invest in yourself, by taking time to learn, and you will earn more As long as you want to learn I can help you I need two drivers for now and may need another two in a short period of time? 1st stage – an hourly recommend regulated rate as a driver, we get to know you and you get to know us this process will take estimated time period 3 to 6 months 2nd stage – Will be offered a Full-time position income and benefits This process may take longer, because you may be comfortable at this position? 3rd stage- We offer an operator position where you know the work, you will have been prepared to become an operator, and then you will need to make that choice of becoming an operator.
