Change Lead – Data Transformation Program – Fixed term contract – 12 months A leading organisation is undertaking a major data and digital transformation and is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive adoption, alignment, and successful delivery across multiple program streams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the change management strategy for a large-scale data transformation. Oversee change governance, readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation. Build and manage integrated change plans with program and stream leads. Engage senior stakeholders, secure sponsorship, and communicate the change vision. Provide reporting, insights, and dashboards on progress, risks, and adoption. About You Extensive experience leading change across complex transformation programs. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels. Excellent written communication and documentation capabilities. Experience in financial services or insurance (highly desirable). Prosci or similar change management certification preferred.
