We are looking for a seasoned Marketing professional who shares our purpose and vision and to become an integral member of the executive leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Marketing & Communications will design and deliver innovative, integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that will strengthen our brand, support future growth and protect our reputation in a highly regulated environment. The role will provide the Board with regular data, reporting, insights and analytics, measurable KPI's and updates on the effectiveness of agreed marketing strategies. Key role requirements Strategic vision to create marketing strategies that respond to fast-moving market dynamics, competitor activity, consumer behaviour, and emerging trends; Planning and management of a substantial marketing budget; As brand champion, protect and sustain our brand identity in line with global brand standards; Strong commercial acumen and robust financial, data and analytics capability to measure, optimize and justify marketing investment; Omnichannel marketing expertise from planning to hands‑on execution across traditional, digital, local area, plus internal & external communications; Delivery of training and education on marketing concepts and the organization’s marketing strategy; Support a multi‑site operation with practical tools, training, advice and bespoke campaigns that translate national strategy into local growth; Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, which see you influence, inspire, support and partner with the executive leadership team, and A hands‑on leader who manages strategic and tactical priorities equally well, and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. What we are looking for Senior marketing and communications leadership experience gained in complex, multi‑stakeholder and / or multi‑site environments. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with effective measurable delivery and a willingness to get your hands dirty. Analytical mind set, strong commercial acumen and proven omnichannel expertise. Someone who is highly agile, adaptable and comfortable operating in change and ambiguity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at CEO, Board and business unit level, and Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
