Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to guide a small HR team and oversee end-to-end HR operations across a group of for-purpose and commercial entities. About the Role The HR function works across multiple locations and business units to drive a positive, engaged and capable workforce. It delivers HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals and supports leaders and staff through the full spectrum of HR and WHS services. As HR Manager, you will play an influential role in strengthening culture, supporting leadership, solving complex people challenges and leading initiatives that make a meaningful impact across the organisation. Be part of a collaborative and supportive team with a positive culture Enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and variety in your day-to-day Hybrid work model Key Responsibilities Manage and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle Oversee performance, engagement and learning programs Lead culture, organisational development and change initiatives Support HR Board subcommittees and prepare HR reporting Ensure HR policy compliance and consistent best-practice delivery Provide expert advice on ER, IR and employment law Oversee WH&S programs, wellbeing initiatives and workers’ compensation Manage the HR Coordinator and interfaces with corporate service functions What You’ll Bring We’re seeking a hands‑on, commercially minded HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. You will have: Proven experience in HR leadership roles Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices Experience managing performance, ER/IR, recruitment and capability development Strategic thinking with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline and/or relevant experience About Our Client Our client operates a respected and impactful group of for-purpose and commercial entities delivering services across health advocacy and policy, professional member support, publishing, and health and wellbeing programs.
